Note outright qualifying is bananas! Having recently won the prestigious Quad Dipsea race in 2017, Alex is no joke of a runner.
He shares how he trained for it, from the more general work he did 6 months out to the specific sessions he did to get ready for the elevation and challenges of a 100-mile run.
Giving you some course recon, Alex shares the hardest part about his race in 2018 (the heat), what he enjoyed the most (the sunrise climb out of Squaw), and what surprised him too (you'll just have to watch!).
